Don’t miss it!  Thursday, July 19, 2007 to Sunday, July 22, 2007.

Not just your ordinary dog show, the Annual Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows (RPWSDS) is where organizations, associations, breeders, breed clubs, exhibitors and dog lovers come together to promote and celebrate the principles and practices of responsible dog ownership.

Houston’s Bureau of Animal Regulation and Control (BARC),  Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) and experts from Eukanuba, will be attending to inform and educate pet owners about spaying and neutering and pet nutrition.

There will also be conformation, agility, flyball, obedience trials, canine Frisbee, and canine musical freestyle and attendees can also take the AKC-developed Canine Good Citizenship Test.

Tom Pincus, Show Chairperson, says:

“When most people think of dog shows, they think of conformation, the competition that ends in “Best of Show.” And certainly, that appeals to many dog lovers. But our show is much more than that. We offer many dog-related events that are fast-paced and have high entertainment value for the general public such as the performance events – obedience, agility, flyball, Frisbee. Other parts of our event focus on education – teaching people how to groom, train and care for their pets and how to be a more responsible pet owner.
